Return & Refund Policy
Lux Aura Return Policy: You have 30 days from the delivery date of the item to make a return request.
Return Eligibility
To exercise your right for the item to be returned, the item has to be in the exact same condition as when you received it , unworn, with the tags on it, in its original packaging. To complete the order, you also have to type in the order number and also a picture of the purchasing confirmation email.

Since our product is manufactured to your ring size and your selected diamond, and gold, only returns that arise from an error on our side will incur no additional fee but if the returns are as a result of change of mind the moissanite restocking fee will be 20% and 30% for the CVD products. First of for the returned piece needs re cutting and buffing as such the charges include wages that are paid on this process. Hence if the goods will require further washing or stitching or in general, if they are fit for resale in a state that is less than perfect, a high restocking fee as per the extent of allowance may be charged.
Damages and Issues
Kindly do examine the item on receipt and in the event that it has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us or if you received wrong item. If we are to get a glimpse of the whole matter, we shall be in a position to respond in the right manner to clear the hitch.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of some items, we do not accept returns or exchanges in any circumstances in which they are not in any way defective or damaged. These items include:
- Custom or made-to-order
- Eternity bands today are made of actual orders for specification from its clients and not the type described above.
- Items with Physical Damage
Exchange Policy
If you would like to return your ring and choose a different one, this is subject to a 20% restocking fee from the original price and the remaining balance is used for the replacement of the ring. For the exchange, any variation in the price will also form an additional cost to you. It should also be noted that this exchange policy has to be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the ring and there can only be one exchange on a particular piece. It is good only for this purchase and cannot be transferred for further use on the same product and it is eligible for exchange once only.
If you want to return your jewellery products please do so in contact with us so that they reach us in the same condition. Stamps are at the cost of the customer when returning goods; please use insured mail as we cannot refund on parcels that do not get to the buyer.
Refunds
After you have sent and after we have looked at your return then we shall let you know of the approval of the refund. If there is likelihood that the refund should be made, the process will occur at the same time and the money is refunded to the initial mode of payment used. Please, please note that it can take some durations before your banker or the company of the issued credit card can process and post the refund.
Cancellation
If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. We start processing orders immediately, and cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 20% fee to cover restocking and labor costs.
This fee is necessary to account for the time and resources already invested in processing your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Resizing
At Lux Aura, we understand the importance of the right fit of the ring than any other product that a man may use. Therefore, it has been made possible to have our resizing service to fit the jewelry to suit you and to look good on you.
Resizing Limitations:
- At this time, it is only possible to resize the rings but this will only come with an adjustment of one full size.
- Anything beyond this range may either distort the initial appearance of the piece or the structure of the piece, therefore it cannot be allowed in compliance to this policy.
Exceptions:
- In the full eternity band design, the band itself cannot be resized because of the setting used in the making of the band. Where this is so we encourage the parties involved to ‘exchange’ the ring for the right one. Gratefully, and with much pleasure our customer service team will reach out to you and assist you in this process.
- Instead of resizing it there is the possibility to replace it with another ring of the same style but proper size. This option may be used, only if it will enhance the process, or the design will remain intact. Exchange can take place only for plain rings made of gold and the ring which is going to be exchanged must be fabricated anew. If we deem it fit for use, it will always be with your permission.
- The customers are paying for the shipping and handling charges, both directions (the international customers are paying for the customs as well).
Repairs

- This will also help our repair technicians to develop an intake form to state the condition of the piece upon delivery and the repairs that ought to be performed. We shall make a copy of this form available to you.
- On the basis of this warranty policy, we shall conduct any warranty work possible without your consent such as replacement of stones or prong work or resizing. However, if you would like to talk about and negotiate the extent of the work before its initiation, please do not hesitate to let us know in advance.
- There might be other losses which are not covered by warrant and if such losses are realized then they are conveyed to you and you may decline such additional fix ups.
- It also means that the customers bear the transport cost in both directions, that is to the business and from the business.
- You can expect our repair time to be between 2-3 weeks from the time you drop off your piece.
Note
Like most of our originals, if your piece requires a new stone, we cannot guarantee availability of limited edition/single piece stones. In some cases where the particular stone is not available another similar type of stone will be used and we shall notify you to give your approval.
