Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver Luxaura Collection products as quickly as possible. Here is what you can expect:

Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Each custom jewelry item takes approximately 2 to 3 business weeks to be crafted. Once the manufacturing process is complete, we will seek your approval before shipping the item.
Shipping and Delivery: After Dispatch, orders usually arrives within 6 to 9 business days. Please note that Luxaura Collection is not accountable for delays due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer modifies the delivery address with the shipping carrier during transit, any resulting delivery delays will be the customer's responsibility.
Free Delivery: We provide complimentary delivery to your address. However, please be aware that the customer is liable for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
Product Changes: If the customer wishes to alter the product before shipment, the manufacturing timeline will restart from day one.
