At Luxaura Collection, we believe that getting your jewelry should be hassle-free, which is why we offer free shipping to all of our customers in the USA and UK. That's right - you won't have to worry about any shipping fees!
We ship within the United States using 4-Day shipping, and a direct signature is required upon receipt. If you'd like us to ship to an alternate address, please let us know. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and if you need your package sooner, we offer Saturday and Overnight shipping for an additional fee. Just send us a message with your instructions.
For our international customers, please note that your shipment may be subject to taxes and duties upon arrival, as determined by your individual country. Unfortunately, Luxaura Collection is not responsible for these fees.
Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for completion. If you need your jewelry sooner, send us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
