Finding The Perfect Ring Size

Whether you like silver rings or gold, the ring size supp to sit comfortably on your finger. It has to be secure while worn, but also slip easily over your knuckle when removing it. The ring will be uncomfortable and hard to take off if it is too tight. On the flip side, if it is too loose and can run the risk of falling off your finger. Try to make the size secure but not uncomfortable.

Helpful Ring Sizing Tips

When you’re measuring ring size, don’t forget these useful tips.

  • 1.

Avoid measuring your ring size when your hands are cold, as your fingers may be smaller than usual by about half a size.

  • 2.

The optimal time to measure your finger size is in the evening when your fingers are at their largest.

  • 3.

Measure your finger at least three times to ensure you get an accurate reading.

  • 4.

A ring with a broader band might feel snugger, necessitating a slightly larger size for a comfortable fit.

Ring Size Chart

All our rings adhere to the US standard sizing system. You can easily determine the corresponding finger circumference and convert sizes using the chart provided below. This sizing format applies universally to wedding bands, engagement rings, and fashion rings alike.

Ring Sizing Tips

  • When it comes to sizing your ring, always measure with the hand you will be wearing that ring as our dominant hands are usually slightly different in size. Check the ring design stands wide bands tend to fit more snugly. If your band is 4mm consider sizing up at least half of a size, if it is thinner than around 1.3 mm then obviously when resizing you should do exactly what an experienced jeweler suggests. Asian ring sizes are marked in rings per millimeter (mm) instead of Inches.
  • Make sure you are at a comfortable body temperature; cold weather makes fingers contract, and warm will swell. You want to measure it more towards the middle or end of your day, as our fingers can shift size throughout based on things like diet and hydration.
  • Measure from the starting (the base) of your finger and any prominent lower knuckles. The goal is to have the ring glide over your knuckle comfortably — not too tight, and definitely NOT loose or easily slipping off without a little push.

HOW SHOULD A RING FIT?

A ring that fits well will be a perfect circle without squeezing the skin of your fingers too much, and when you slide it off your knuckle it should pop on easily with little to no resistance. It should put up some fight going on, but not to the point where it takes a lot of effort to get them off and your fingers start slipping.
